Summer Out East
Hey Guys! Hope you all had a great weekend. I just got back from a really awesome trip to Portland last night with Dr. Martens. I’d never been to the Pacific Northwest before so I had a blast exploring a new city but more on that in another post! Well from the west coast to the east coast, it seems like every summer I find myself visiting Montauk every few weekends. It’s not the easiest trip. I mean it’s not nicknamed “End Of The World” for nothing! About 3 hours by car on a good day, 3.5 hours by train, or 30 mins by helicopter from NYC, it might be far but once you get there it’s well worth it. Secluded from major highways that draw the crowds to other beaches, Montauk is a gem out east. It’s the epitome of small town beach life and a pretty nice escape. It also has some of the nicest beaches. Not too crowded and super clean, the coast here is my favorite! I took these photos around sunset in some of my summer favorites because I gotta get at least one last wear outta them before it’s back to fall layers. Summer don’t go…unless you’re taking me back to Montauk!
