A Lazy Man’s Guide To “Dressing Up”
In the summertime when the heat starts to become unbearable, sometimes “dressing up” can be a little bit of an annoyance. One of my “lazy” secrets to getting around this is by tucking a t-shirt into a pair of trousers. The reason this works is because you’re balancing something casual like a comfy tee with something sophisticated like tailored trousers to elevate the look. Of course if you’re trying to keep it on the “dressy” side, I’d recommend a high quality tee and also wearing dress shoes instead of sneakers with your outfit. So just like that you can take a basic tee from casual wear to cocktail attire.
