A Recap of Perry Ellis SS17 Presentation
Another New York Men’s Fashion week has come and gone and just like last season, the new Perry Ellis collection was one of my favorites. Creative Director Michael Maccari worked with the theme “Collage and Contrast: Challenging The Norm” to reflect the current social and political themes in today’s world. The collection mixes traditional menswear shapes and collages with fabrics and prints. I also like how this collection shifts towards more relaxed outwear. We saw more oversized shapes and performance fabrics at this latest SS17 presentation. Take a look at some of my favorite looks from the show below.

What do you think? In keeping with the theme of the current collection, I styled some pieces from the SS16 collection to wear to the show in a more relaxed and casual manner. I chose this cropped anorak with matching trousers in a unique iridescent fabric with a performance tee to keep my look sporty and casual. You can shop my full look via my links below!
