You guys! I got an apartment!!!! Last Friday at 5:30pm I signed the lease to my new apartment. I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am! After all the stress of being rejected for two apartments it all worked out at the last minute. The good news is that I don’t even feel like I settled either. I really love my new place and can’t wait to show it to you. Renting in NYC is all about the money. As long as you can prove you have steady income and good credit, you’ll be good to go. Easier said than done but it’s not impossible! Today is actually moving day for me so there’s lots going on. This is an outfit I shot last weekend. I mixed the neutral cream tones in the jacket and sweater with some vibrant hues in the hat and jeans for some balance.
