Cropped Jackets For Men
How’s it going everyone! Can’t believe that yesterday marked the first day of spring and of course we had some light snow here in New York. I’m so ready for it to finally get warm and stay warm outside. I’ve already invested in some new pieces for my spring wardrobe so I’ve been anxious to wear them. One piece in particular is this new jacket. I’ve been looking for a cropped jacket but haven’t found one that I absolutely loved so my solution was to buy one I really liked and then have it altered. For only $35, I had this jacket “hemmed” or shortened at the tailor by moving the original waistband up by one button. The original jacket had 4 buttons but now with one less, the jacket hits just at my waist for that boxy fit that I’ve been crushing on lately. And speaking of higher hems, I paired this jacket with some cropped wide leg chinos. Again, I’ve really been loving wider proportions for men’s clothing so the short boxy top, and cropped wide leg bottoms are a great new silhouette for spring.
