Retro-Inspired Spring
One trend that I’m a big fan of this spring is the retro-inspired camp shirts that are making a comeback. The fold down open collar exudes that laidback leisure lifestyle that makes me think of relaxing spring weekends. It just has a certain casualness while still looking polished. The one I’m wearing in today’s outfit is unique in the fact that it is cut a little shorter in the length and has an elastic waistband that offers a nice cinch in the waistline so that it almost appears to be tucked in. Overall I just really love the boxy proportions of this shirt. I paired it with cropped tuxedo trousers and some slip-ons to play off the smart vs. casual styles going on in this look.
