We’re Back to New York and Back in Black
After almost 3 weeks traveling all across the Philippines visiting family and vacationing, I’m finally back in NYC and damn it feels good! As much as I love to travel, there really is no place like home and since I’m back in my comfort zone, it’s back to my go-to winter uniform: causal streetwear in a dark palette. Layering is key with a monochromatic look, so I took some modern staples and did just that. With the mild winter here in New York, I skipped the jacket and opted for a light puffer vest and rather than a typical hoodie, I chose this one in cashmere with side vents for a touch of elevated urban sophistication. To balance the layers up top I kept the bottom simple and sleek with slim cargo joggers and black boots. Just like that, I’ve never felt more in my element. It’s good to be back NYC!
