Summer Trend: Surf Rat
This summer ASOS introduces the “Surf Rat” trend. Drawing heavily from grungy 90s surfwear and retro 50s prints, this trend is all about surfer meets skater meets rock & roll on the beach. I recently partnered with ASOS for their #AsSeenOnMe campaign to showcase my take on this emerging summer trend. Because I’m a fan of shocking prints, my look began with a bold leopard print jacket to really play up the bad ass rocker side of the trend. I paired the jacket with super distressed denim and an oversized white tee for a nod to casual surf style. All together I’m loving the look but would love to hear what you think.
