How To Wear A Navy Blazer
Well look who decided to dust off the old blazer! I guess that’s what happens when I hang around my friend Moti too much. Admittedly I’m not one to wear suits or even sports jackets often, but from time to time when the occasion calls for it I do enjoy flexin that dapper style. On my recent trip to LA with Brooks Brothers & Supima cotton, I had the perfect opportunity to be the number one stunna. I mean we stayed at the Beverly Hills Wilshire on Rodeo Drive so a young money look to go about the town seemed legit. For this outfit I paired together some old favorites from my closet and made them new again. The navy blazer is actually part of a custom suit that I got tailored from Reiss. I customized every part of the suit from the fabric to the button hole thread and it was completely made to measure. I guess the fact that it still fits me perfectly is a testament to the fact that I haven’t gained as much weight as I thought over the last year (thank God!). I paired the blazer with white jeans and a striped OCBD for a more casual daytime look and brown suede dubmonks to complete the look. Not gonna lie…it was hot af in LA but at least I looked cute and to me that’s all that ever really matters. Chime in on this outfit in the comments below! Should I start dressing like this more often though?
